This division of the company was the first to be founded and initially specialized only in restaurant consulting. Nowadays, the division also covers professional hotel consulting, management of restaurant and hotel assets, both its own (Badoit®) and partner ones. The division cooperates with CliffCard® Corporation, training and reconstructing restaurants that must undergo this procedure in order to be placed on the CliffCard® website or to receive a Michelin star.
