Initially, the company owned real estate in three countries: a boutique hotel in Tajikistan, apartments in Egypt and a number of properties in Ukraine. At a certain point (2015), we decided to rent out this real estate, then sold the unprofitable properties and now these are only unique properties that can only be rented by UIS citizens.
